85gr brown sugar
2tsp cinnamon grated
1 orange rind
Mix sugar, butter, all them together to a creamy mixture,
add all the ingredients flour,orange rid, cinnamon,ginger and mix it all up.
squeeze the mixture into a ball,
wrap the ball in a plastic bag and put in the fridge for 2 hours.
Sprinkle some flour on the table, cut the ball in half, roll out the dough 5 mm thick and cut in shapes, baking for 15′
Decorate with sugar & water icing, mix 3 tsp of icing sugar, 3 tsp of water mix and decorate with silver balls
