Coconut Mice 🥣

CHRISTMAS RECIPE

250gr icing sugar
200gr condensed milk
175gr coconut
red food die
licorice “bootflaces”
silver cake balls
chocolate buttons (chips)

Put the sugar and the condensed milk into a bowl and mix them with a spoon.
Then add the coconut and mix it in.
Split the mixture into a 2 bowls, mix in a few drops of food dye (or leave this white natural colour), to each bowl to make 2 shades of pink.
Dip a tablespoon into some water and let the water drip off it.
Then lift out a big spoonful of one of the mixtures, pat the spoonful smooth on top.
Turn the spoon over and put the coconut shape onto a piece of plastic food wrap.
Gently pinch the thinner end of the shape to make a nose.
Press in chocolate buttons for make ears and silver balls for the eyes (do you can change this decoration).
For the tail, press in a piece of licorices under the body.
Make lots more mice.
