350gr chocolate bitter (in pieces)
225gr butter (pieces)
2tsp coffee granules
2tbsp hot water
225gr caster sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
75g self – raising flour
225gr chocolate chips
Pre heat the oven 190*C
Grease a backing tray (30 x 22 cm)
Put the chocolate , butter in a small bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in bain-marie, remove always with a wood spoon.
Apart dissolved the coffee granules in water, beat the eggs, vanilla, then beat in chocolate chips.
pour the mix into the tray.
Bake for 25′
Cut in squares or triangle and start to decor!
