“Christmas Hot Cup Chocolate”
950ml whole milk
950ml semi-skimmed milk
450g white & dark chocolate, chopped
2 tsp vanilla essence
To decorate: cream, candy cane, cookies
Preparing: In a large saucepan over a medium heat the milk to just below simmering point.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the chocolate, when has melted add the vanilla essence or liquor and whisk all well until is dense.
Pour into cups, decor and serve hot.
